1.  We aim to support trans and intersex staff  in the Civil Service, through:

  • outreach, 

  • peer support, and

  • empowerment.

For managers and teams

​2.  We aim to help create safe working environments for trans and intersex staff in the Civil Service, through:

  • advice, 

  • increased knowledge and confidence, and

  • being a critical friend.

For departments and agencies

3.  We aim to embed a culture of inclusion for trans and intersex people in the Civil Service, through:

  • representation, 

  • collaboration, and

  • assurance.
